If you require a receipt for the payment, please mention it on the registration form.
Receipt will be provided at the symposium site.
If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Registration Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Registration Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page.
If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. Refunds will be made according to the following guidelines, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received by the Registration Office. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the symposium proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

The symposium organizer does not take responsibility for any personal accidents, damages or losses. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements to obtain health, travel and property insurance before their departure.
Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html
The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.
